Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, helping them locate items in the appropriate aisles or shelves. Carry products for customers as needed Stock products on shelves, build, and maintain merchandise displays, ensuring shelves are consistently replenished. Prepare store displays and ensure products are accurately labeled and placed in the correct areas. Notify the manager and place orders for out-of-stock products as needed. Maintain cleanliness in retail areas and workspaces. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated strong customer service skills. Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team. Flexibility to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required. Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods. Capability to lift and handle up to 50 pounds regularly. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Vietnamese, Filipino, Chinese) is a plus, given our diverse customer base. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 40 per week
