We are seeking passionate and dedicated Barista / Clerk / back of House / front of house to join our team. As a team member , you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. Your role will involve preparing beverages, handling food items, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items with precision and care. Operate the POS system, including lightspeed, to process transactions efficiently. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Assist with food preparation and serving as needed to support the team. Maintain knowledge of menu items and promote specials or new offerings to customers.

Experience

Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for enthusiastic candidates. Experience in the food industry or food service environment is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is beneficial. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
