Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are well-displayed
- Process customer transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system
- Provide product information, offer recommendations, and assist with product demos
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking
- Uphold store policies and procedures for safety and security
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is a plus
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and keep shelves tidy
