Freson Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retail chain, invites organized and outgoing individuals to apply for the Store Administration Manager position. The Grocery Administration Manager is an integral role within the Freson Bros. - Hinton Valley store and Freson Bros. company.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of progressive retail administration management experience Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills A passion for leading and developing others Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (mornings, weekends and holidays)

Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.

Role and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the store Assist with recruitment, orientation and training of new team members Daily cash up, reconciliations and bank reports, payroll Printing, sorting, and entering new product information, along with price verification Team Member training and coaching Clean and sanitize the work area Providing a positive customer experience

Position Details:

Position Type: Full-Time Location: 108 Athabasca Ave, Hinton, AB T7V 2A4 Wage Range: $17.00 - 19.00
