Whether you're working on the grill or at the front counter, you'll play a key role in creating a smooth and positive dining experience for our guests.

Grill Cook Responsibilities

Prepare and grill chicken, vegetables, and other menu items to Galito's standards. Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines for consistency. Cook all food to safe temperatures while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. Keep the grill station and kitchen area clean, organized, and stocked. Work as part of the kitchen team to ensure fast, high-quality service. Assist with inventory and help train new staff when needed.
Cashier Responsibilities

Greet customers and take orders accurately at the counter or POS system. Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions with accuracy and professionalism. Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations when asked. Ensure the front counter, dining area, and beverage station remain clean and stocked. Work with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly. Deliver excellent customer service and address minor concerns as needed
What We're Looking For

Previous restaurant or retail experience is an asset, but training is provided. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail. Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and customer service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
