Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation techniques. As a Grill Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring that all meals are cooked to perfection and meet quality standards. Follow recipes and presentation specifications to create visually appealing dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including proper food storage and handling practices. Monitor food temperatures to ensure safety and quality throughout the cooking process. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of any shortages. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or the food industry, particularly in a restaurant setting, is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for cooking and commitment to providing exceptional meals for guests.

Pay: $17.20-$24.00 per hour
