As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while ensuring that all food handling practices meet safety standards. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items including meats, and other menu offerings. Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines throughout the cooking process. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages as needed. Assist in meal preparation tasks as required, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients. Provide excellent service by ensuring that all dishes are served promptly and at the correct temperature.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong cooking skills with an emphasis on grilling techniques. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members. Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
