What We're Looking For
Minimum of 5 years
of experience as a grill cook in a high-volume grill or steakhouse.
Proven mastery of grilling steaks, chicken, seafood, and other proteins to perfection.
Deep understanding of grilling techniques, temperature control, and timing.
Ability to handle high-pressure service while maintaining impeccable quality.
Knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food preparation standards.
Team player with excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
Your Role
As the
Grill Cook
, you'll be the star of the kitchen, ensuring every plate meets the highest standards. You'll:
Grill all proteins to perfection according to guest specifications.
Manage the grill station efficiently during busy service hours.
