As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while ensuring that all food handling and safety standards are met. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring high quality and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area. Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food preparation. Monitor food temperatures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience in a grill cook or similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, particularly grilling, along with meal preparation skills. Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable.
