Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items on the grill, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist in meal preparation by chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients as needed. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked properly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in dishes. Keep track of inventory levels for grill supplies and communicate needs to management. Uphold health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or as a cook is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for cooking and creating exceptional meals for guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
