Responsibilities

Prepare and cook grilled items according to menu specifications and customer preferences. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding kitchen areas. Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and cooking processes. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring meals are cooked to order and presented attractively.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred, particularly in grilling or cooking roles. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting. A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality meals. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
