Perform grid modeling, load flow analysis, and system studies using tools like PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, or PSCAD
Support the planning and integration of renewable energy resources (e.g., solar, wind) into the grid
Analyze power quality, grid stability, and network performance
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and grid codes (e.g., NERC, IEEE, ISO standards)
Contribute to the development of grid modernization strategies including smart grid technologies
Coordinate with stakeholders including utilities, transmission operators, and regulators
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems focus preferred)
Understanding of electrical grid fundamentals, transmission/distribution systems, and energy storage
Proficiency in grid analysis software tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
