As part of the Administrative team, you should have an outgoing personality, and be a self-motivated team player with outstanding communications skills. A positive attitude and teamwork are a MUST.As part of the Administrative team, you will assist in day-to-day customer service, greeting clients as they come into the dealership, phone operations, and more. This role is responsible for greeting all guests, entering their information into our Customer Database, and getting them situated with the proper staff member or department. You will also be responsible for appointment confirmation calls and follow up calls.
