Greenstone Gold Mines L.P. is a 60/40 joint venture partnership between Equinox Gold and Orion Mine Finance Group formed for the purpose of the joint ownership and development of the Greenstone Gold Property including the Greenstone Mine located on a historical mine site in the Geraldton-Beardmore Greenstone belt in Ontario. The Greenstone Mine is managed directly by a dynamic and experienced Owner\xe2\x80\x99s team, with an estimated $1.5 Billion investment over the three-year construction and commissioning phase, and a 14-year operating life of mine.

Greenstone Mine is seeking a Senior Cost Engineer to join our team. Reporting to the Cost Control and Contract Administration Manager, the Senior Cost Engineer will support all aspects of cost control for the Project, including estimating, cost control, forecasting, change management, and quantity control.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project scope, budget and schedule. Coordinate the Change Management process, including logging changes and reviewing and processing change requests. Support the Project Team in preparing change notices and trends. Maintain overall tracking of quantities. Monitor productivity trends and prepare trend forecasts. Monitor contract and purchase order commitments against budget and prepare budget reconciliations and variance analysis. Identify cost variances and suggest corrective actions to maintain the project within anticipated cost and schedule. Participate in monthly forecast review meetings and quantitative risk assessment processes.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Excellent working knowledge of project cost control methods and systems Working knowledge of engineering documents, including engineering drawings and material take-offs Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, and ability to work together to achieve results. Excellent organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Project Management, or equivalent experience 10 + years of experience in project cost control and contract administration, preferably in large mining projects. Knowledge of cost control systems
