Job Description

Reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:* Operate equipment and power tools, including utility vehicles, mowers and tractors* Mow, trim, irrigate, and fertilize turf areas* Edge, rake and maintain sand traps and cart paths* Set tee markers and hole placement on greens* Ensure all equipment is clean and in safe working order* Report equipment problems or failures immediately* Following all safety and sanitation policies* Other duties as assigned* Previous Golf Maintenance or Landscaping experience an asset* Personal transportation, either motor vehicle or bike as public transportation won't get you to the facility on time* Must enjoy working outside in all weather conditions* CPR and First Aid Certificates an asset* Excellent communication and organizational skills* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities* Highly responsible & reliable* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment* Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision* Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues* Follow department policies, procedures and service standards* Ability to focus attention on golfer needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $15.50-$18.00 per hourBenefits:
