To assist in maintaining high standards of customer service.
To handle complaints and errors of minor nature, and to refer more serious complaints to management.
To report out-of-stock items and any special customer request for merchandise to management.
To ensure that traffic areas are kept clean and orderly at all times.
To assist in general Greenhouse duties including watering plants, trimming plants, providing support and advice to clients, and handling any special order requests.
To operate a Computerized MYOB as required in order to cash out customers in prompt, professional, accurate, efficient and friendly service to customers.
Prepare and assist with displays either creating or changing on a regular basis.
To assist the customers with loading of any items purchased, plant material, pavers etc.
To answer incoming telephone calls in a prompt, pleasant manner.

Note: This is a Temporary Full-Time Position for the Greenhouse Season April 24th till October 31st. If you have equipment operating experience that would be an asset, along with previous Greenhouse/ Garden Retail Center Experience. Schedule:
