---------Maintain work records and logs Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers Maintain quality control and production records Hire and train staff Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
