We're Hiring: Greenhouse Supervisor

Full-Time, Year-Round

We're looking for an experienced Greenhouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our retail greenhouse. You'll manage staff, keep plants thriving, and ensure customers enjoy a top-quality shopping experience in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead, train, and mentor greenhouse staff and seasonal team members Provide accurate, friendly customer service Oversee merchandising, displays, and signage Work with the Production Manager and Greenhouse Grower on daily operations Keep spaces clean, safe, and well-stocked Manage plant care -- watering, fertilizing, pruning, pest/disease control Monitor greenhouse systems and maintain ideal growing conditions Track crop health and apply corrective measures when needed

What We're Looking For:

Proven greenhouse or horticulture experience with strong plant knowledge Leadership, organization, and communication skills Manitoba pesticide license (asset) Familiarity with greenhouse equipment and climate control Able to lift 50 lbs, work in hot/humid environments, and use ladders Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, and inventory systems
