Quik\'s Farm Ltd. is a wholesale cut flower grower based in Chilliwack, BC, with over 20 acres of indoor and 20 acres of seasonal outdoor growing space. Quik\xe2\x80\x99s Farm is geared towards the intense production of cut Chrysanthemums, Oriental Lilies, Alstroemeria, and other seasonal crops utilizing state-of-the-art growing systems and leading-edge technology to produce high quality products for our diverse customer base throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest USA. Primary Responsibilities: We are currently looking for Greenhouse Production Workers, responsible for next duties:

• Harvesting flowers crops, fertilizing, pruning, bunching in preparation, and recording crop data
• Working alongside production crews to fulfill daily production orders
• Planting crops in greenhouses and fields
• Sticking and planting indoor and outdoor soil beds and trays
• General ongoing crop maintenance including pinching and thinning
• Unload, load, store, and maintain crops and bulk seasonal greenery
• Maintaining clean work areas and grounds, as well as growing, producing, and packing areas
• Performing other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Legally entitled to work in Canada upon application
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit as this job requires bending, lifting, and moving floral products

Work Hours and Benefits:

• Hours of Work: 40-55 hours/week, 5-6 days per week (No Sunday work) - Hours subject to variation

This position may require you to work on Saturdays and statutory holidays. There will be no Sunday work.
