We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team at Greenhawk Equestrian. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a passionate team dedicated to providing a memorable shopping experience. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our reputation as a one-of-a-kind marketplace.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Greenhawk to ensure smooth functioning. Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience. Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability across all departments. Coordinate with various departments to promote seasonal events and sales initiatives. Monitor financial performance and assist in budget management. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in inventory management is an asset.
