We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our
weekend
concierge team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for customer service is required.
Duties
Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries, managing deliveries, and coordinating services.
Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Assist residents with various requests and ensure their needs are met promptly.
Collaborate with building management and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
1-2 years of experience as a Concierge or in a related customer service role.
Building management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of professionalism.
A customer-first attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
