Job Description

Brockrock Aggregates is a family-owned company based in Camrose, AB with gravel pits located in and around Central Alberta. We are currently looking for motivated individuals to round out our crushing crews. Crew members will share the responsibilities of a tower operator, equipment operator, and groundman.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and teardown of crushing plant.
• Ensure all equipment is warmed up and ready for operation for the day.
• Topping up fuel for equipment such as generators.
• Clean up of any spills in the plant, reporting to foreman as required.
• Preventative maintenance on machinery as required.
• Adhering to all safety policies and processes.
• Completing of required paperwork
• Following safety policy and procedures
• Additional tasks as required by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working on a gravel crusher spread is an asset.
• Welding and electrical background would be an asset.
• Valid Class 5 drivers license.
• Have your own source of transportation to and from the job site.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, routinely lift up to 50lbs, and comfortable working in environment with noise and dust.
• Must be hardworking and works well with others.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
