About the Role: We are seeking a talented Graphic & Designer to join our team at Honeypot Marketing. As a member of the Design Team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll lead creative print and web design projects, creating high-quality design solutions for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with our Design Team Lead, marketers, project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure that all design work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborating and brainstorming with the creative team to define design briefs and requirements.
- Provide expertise, support, client interactions, and feedback on all print and digital design projects.
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to understand client requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies and incorporate them into our design work.
- Develop and maintain design standards and style guides to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Collaborate with clients and/or stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Develop creative design concepts and solutions for print collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, etc.
- Develop visual identity and branding materials such as logos, brand guidelines, and style guides.
- Select appropriate colors, fonts, and layouts that align with the brand and message.
- Prepare mockups and present design concepts to clients and/or stakeholders for approval.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct research on design trends, printing techniques, and materials.
- Prepare files for printing and work with printers to ensure high-quality output.
- Work with production teams to oversee the printing process and ensure that final products meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project success.
- Develop creative design concepts and solutions for digital platforms such as websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and ideas.
- Basic HTML and CSS Knowledge.
- Familiarity with web design principles.
- Collaborate with technical marketers and developers to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and to troubleshoot any design-related issues.
- Familiarity with WordPress Content Management System.
- Elementor Visual Builder, Divi, and Gutenberg familiarity.
- Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design-related role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Web Designer, and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates expertise in various design disciplines in traditional and online settings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
