Position Summary:

This is a hybrid role for a

Graphic Designer / Vinyl Applicator / Print Operator

. You'll design eye-catching graphics, operate wide-format printers and vinyl plotters, and bring your designs to life with professional application on various surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design (40%)

Design logos, signage, banners, decals, vehicle wraps, and promotional materials. Collaborate with team members to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions. Prepare files for print and maintain organized, production-ready artwork. Stay up-to-date on design trends, software, and best practices.

Printer & Plotter Operation (30%)

Operate large-format printers (HP Latex, Roland, Mimaki, etc.). Manage print setups, calibrate printers, monitor quality and consistency. Work with RIP software (Onyx, Flexi, Caldera, etc.) to process files. Perform maintenance and keep accurate inventory of materials and supplies.

Vinyl Application (30%)

Cut, weed, mask, and apply vinyl to walls, windows, vehicles, and signage. Ensure accurate measurements and clean, professional installation. Assist with on-site installations as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Understanding of file formats (.jpg, .png, .svg, .eps, .pdf). Hands-on experience with vinyl plotters, printers, and finishing tools. Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Excellent time management and the ability to multitask. Proactive, team-oriented, and reliable.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
