Become a dynamic part of our web sales department in which you will actively drive sales to 2 websites.

Build ads, work with a team to build marketing plans. Design and build bat of the month- unique finish and artwork styles, that can be showcased within social media ads. Pitch ideas for new artwork decals and trim tapes Track social media ad success and report findings Develop unique youtube videos and ways of interacting with baseball players Assist in anything needed to ensure success of orders from packing an order to customer service etc. Spend time each week hands on finishing the bats using your designs. 2 days a week you will also work on our factory floor cutting and applying fiberglass to baseball bats for our production team. This is considered light factory work- full training provided. Knowledge of Shopify is a bonus but training can be provided Ability to design and draw artwork concepts required Ability to design social media ads required Ability to make samples using spray paints, dipping lacquers required or proven ability to work with your hands and be taught these skills required. Tasks listed here do not encompass all details of the job.
Pay will be discussed based on design experience, knowledge of finish experience- taping off, spray paints, other creative techniques and any e-commerce experience as well as any software knowledge to assist in the role. Looking for a self-driven personality who comes to work each day to push the boundaries of creativity.
