Reporting to our Senior Manager of Creative and working closely with the Marketing Lead, our Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating innovative digital and traditional marketing assets that align with and elevate the Northern Reflections' brand. Think of this role as a visual storyteller; the thread that continually ties a beautiful bow around our story from a strategic and design perspective across all touchpoints and channels.

You will contribute to development, design and elements of creative assets in collaboration with multiple cross-functional partners. This includes but is not limited to social, .com, in-store and email assets and support all digital and physical properties.

This is a temporary Full Time contract for 12 months.





Job Duties:

Responsible for the creative development of all brand and sub-brand assets, including marketing materials, corporate branding, and internal documents. Develops and executes digital assets such as daily emails, website graphics, social media content, and mall marketing materials, as well as in-store branding including signage, product packaging, clothing tags, and garment labels, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Provide assistance to our internal social media team by providing creative and content layouts Respects due dates for digital assets, balancing last minute rush projects Works as part of a team, collaborates with various internal and external partners Ensures the implementation of all creative assets are comprehensive and consistent across all touch points and channels Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to ensure all content are relevant and engaging while maintaining the brand's integrity across all touch points Contributes innovative ideas and marketing strategies to nurture existing, and acquire new, customers Other related duties as required

Requirements

3+ years' marketing experience in a retail/e-commerce environment College diploma or University degree in Marketing, Design or Communication Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) Understanding of responsive design and HTML Creative writing certification an asset Strong creative eye to execute brand-aligned creative components following direction of senior team members Innovative, creative and self-motivated individual Solid organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet competing deadlines Warmly welcomes constructive feedback A strong sense of style, fashion sense and visual skills A team player who is accountable, adaptable to changing parameters and has a drive for results attitude Self-motivated, resourceful, curious, able to work independently and, at times, with ambiguity * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language
