The primary responsibility of this role is to provide creative support for client's events, programs and industry conferences. The candidate will collaborate with internal business and marketing partners to develop a variety of best-in-class branded print and digital creative including signage, registration websites, email communications, invitations, brochures, and presentations ensuring collateral adheres to brand guidelines. You should be skilled in interpreting creative briefs to develop creative that elevates the client experience for client's hosted events and conferences.
To thrive in this role, you should possess a strong balance of creative, technical, project management, and relationship management skills. You will need to liaise with external vendors, including printers on a regular basis to complete project requests. You will be expected to manage and prioritize multiple projects ensuring deadlines are met.
You will become knowledgeable about the client and brand and visual identity guidelines. Being a brand ambassador when collaborating with colleagues and business partners will be vital in this role.
You will contribute as a supportive member of the Creative Services team and look for opportunities to share knowledge and expertise.

Must Have:
3+ years of relevant experience
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office is essential (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and email marketing would be important to fulfill some project requests
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable dealing with colleagues and business partners in senior roles
Managing time and relationships will be a vital skill in this role
Experience working with brand guidelines and translating them into impactful creative
Strong attention to detail
Proven skills in graphical communications and content development improving comprehension
Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and tasks in a demanding, deadline-oriented environment
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced role where deadlines and job requests can quickly change
