Role & Responsibilities

Interpret creative briefs to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and engage customers effectively Proofread with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring completeness and adherence to brand standards Create effective design deliverables across multiple channels, including flyers, in-store signage, point-of-sale materials, product packaging, social media, and digital advertising Communicate and collaborate with the Marketing Team Share ideas and feedback, contributing to an open and integrated working environment Reports to the Creative Specialist

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of design experience in a workplace environment Outstanding portfolio showcasing creative and engaging work Ability to execute projects from concept through to final design Strong initiative with the ability to take direction and follow brand guidelines Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on Mac OS Excellent attention to detail and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and handle complex tasks in a fast-paced environment Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and creative skills Working knowledge of communication methods and graphic art techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Google Suite Ability to work in office
