Job Description

As a female-founded, design-driven company we're looking for a creative Graphic Designer to bring our products to life through purposeful packaging, scroll-stopping visuals, and clean, modern branding. Our growing family of lifestyle brands includes - Dexypaws, our functional, beautiful, and high-quality pet essentials brand, and Stylehunters, our newest venture specializing in aesthetically pleasing, design-forward decor for the kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces.

What You'll Do:

Execute technical product packaging designs from concept through production, including dielines, production-ready files, and material specifications Create high-quality product renderings and mockups for both our pet and home decor categories to be featured in retailer presentations, sell sheets and digital listings Work closely with product development to translate product concepts into accurate designs Ensure consistency in branding across packaging and product visuals, with a deep understanding of structural packaging and manufacturing limitations Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure accuracy in pre-press files, finishes, and packaging formats Support innovation with clear visual documentation for new product formats and packaging solutions

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in graphic design (bonus - if it's in the CPG, home, beauty, or pet spaces) Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, product renderings, and branding work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Hands on experience working with dielines, mockups, and pre-press files Bonus: Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or 3D rendering tools Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality Passion for creating modern designs that stand out on shelves and screens
