We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join NVision's growing Communications and Content Creation team. In this role, you'll collaborate with a supportive group of designers, writers, and project managers to create high-quality print, digital, and online learning materials that support reconciliation, education, and capacity-building for clients across Canada. Our team works with clients to share stories that inspire connection, understanding, and action. We turn facts into compelling narratives, transform events into opportunities for knowledge sharing, and design materials that engage diverse audiences in meaningful ways. Job responsibilities

Collaborate across service areas with senior designers, internal teams, and external suppliers to deliver high-quality design products to our clients. Design professional, accessible print and digital materials, including graphics, layouts, illustrations, presentations, and social media content. Conduct research to inform creative direction, ensuring work is relevant, inclusive, and effective, with cultural awareness and sensitivity. Support social media, web projects, and other communications projects. Support NVision's communications by developing materials that reflect the organization's brand and values.

Qualifications

We encourage applications from people who have:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint Strong understanding of visual design principles, including layout, typography, color, and composition Experience designing for print and digital formats, including social media, websites, presentations, and reports Familiarity with brand identity and applying design consistently across mediums Comfortable developing infographics and simple data visualizations Attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction while incorporating feedback Respectful and thoughtful approach to cultural protocols and representation, especially when working with Indigenous stories, imagery, or communities Willingness to learn and grow, take feedback, and work as part of a team Strong portfolio

Assets (Nice to Have)

Fluency in French or Indigenous language Knowledge of Indigenous rights, treaties, or reconciliation frameworks Motion graphics, video editing, or social media content creation skills Familiarity with HTML and CSS Content writing experience Experience in private sector or entrepreneurial settings is a plus

Salary range


----------------


$52,522 - $78,784
