We are looking for an experienced real estate agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients and showing the homes that have been recommended for purchase. This position requires a minimum of five years of real estate experience. We are seeking enthusiastic agents who are capable of effectively communicating with potential home buyers and working with an energetic real estate sales team to accomplish goals. Responsibilities:
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week Salary: From $35,000.00 per year Benefits:
- Provide a wide range of services to home sellers, home buyers and individuals interested in real estate.
- Prepare listings and market them to brokers, owners, and buyers.
- Give home buyers advice on purchasing a home either for residential or commercial purposes.
- Advise real estate clients on tax benefits of certain financial strategies related to real estate properties.
- Sell foreclosures and distressed properties.
- Sell homes for owners who are relocating.
- Talk with existing customers about their needs and help find appropriate homes for them.
- Participate in new home construction projects.
