With an in-house production and printing facility at our marketing departments, we offer comprehensive creative support to agents and teams across all brands.

Overview of the Role



This role combines print and digital graphic design with digital marketing support, ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about visual storytelling and building brand presence. You'll be responsible for designing compelling marketing materials across multiple platforms while supporting social media and digital campaigns to enhance engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.You'll collaborate closely with team members across marketing, communications, and production to ensure timely, on-brand execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



Graphic Design, Branding & Print



Design visually engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, brochures, advertisements, listing materials, and signage, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Design and produce real estate marketing collateral such as feature sheets, postcards, presentations, business cards, and branded print materials. Collaborate with team to prepare print-ready files and oversee final output quality for in-house and external print production. Create and maintain Canva-based templates to help agents and team members easily customize marketing content. Ensure all designs reflect the appropriate brand from mainstream to luxury while maintaining consistency, quality, and elegance.

Digital Marketing & Social Media



Design graphics, videos, and animations for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, optimized for high engagement. Assist in executing digital campaigns, including email marketing, paid social ads, website updates, and seasonal promotions. Monitor analytics and campaign performance, offering creative insights to improve results. Stay current on digital and social media trends, especially within the real estate and luxury marketing space.

Team Collaboration



Work closely with internal marketing and communications teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative projects. Support agents with design needs, providing creative guidance while ensuring consistency with brand standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that drive innovation, creativity, and improved marketing outcomes.

About You



Creative & Strategic:

You have a strong eye for layout, branding, and storytelling, while also thinking about functionality and user engagement.

Multidisciplinary Designer:

Comfortable designing for both digital and print, with a keen attention to detail and a drive for quality. Proficient in

Canva

(our primary design tool) and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Comfortable with

digital analytics,

tracking engagement, and adjusting creative strategies accordingly.

Collaborative and deadline-driven,

able to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications



Previous experience in graphic design and digital marketing, ideally in real estate, lifestyle, or a related industry. Knowledge of social media advertising, Canva, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp). Familiarity with CRM platforms like BoldTrail is a plus. Portfolio showcasing

branding, digital design, print work,

and marketing campaign assets is required. Must have access to a reliable vehicle for travel to and from print shops as needed

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
