creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, comfortable working across multiple design platforms, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and time management are key. This role will support a wide variety of internal teams--including marketing, operations, and executive leadership--bringing ideas to life through strong visuals that align with our branding and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate internal team needs and brand strategy into clear, compelling visual concepts
Design and produce visual content for digital, print, social media, event branding, signage, and presentations
Select typography, imagery, color palettes, and layouts to best communicate creative ideas
Collaborate closely with the Director, front-end developers, marketing team, and content creators to ensure design consistency across all platforms
Handle multiple design projects simultaneously with strong attention to deadlines and priorities
Adapt designs quickly based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency and creative quality
Organize and maintain design files and creative assets for future use
Requirements & Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout skills, and technical execution
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma
Strong understanding of visual design principles including composition, hierarchy, and balance
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently when needed
Video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is an asset, but not required
Experience designing for event branding or corporate settings is a plus
