Graphic Designer

to join our team. We're looking for someone who can bring designs to life and shape the visual identity of our brand. As a Graphic Designer, you will be at the forefront of content creation and spearheading a wide variety of creative projects. Key Responsibilities:

Design & Production



Develop visually compelling assets including retail flyers, product packaging, digital ads, and web/social media content. Design digital display banners and assets optimized for online traffic and performance. Create short-form video content and motion assets, optimized for platform-specific formats. Finalize digital files for both print and digital output, ensuring brand consistency and technical precision. Adjust colours, resolution, formats, and other specifications to meet output requirements. Ensure typographic accuracy--fonts, spacing, hierarchy, and alignment.

Project Execution & Collaboration



Translate creative briefs into strong visual concepts that reflect the brand and engage our target audience. Work cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and UX teams to align on project objectives and timelines. Support packaging design and adaptation for the Skiin product line.

Asset Management & Quality Control



Maintain a clean, organized digital asset system with proper version control. Archive, retrieve, and update files as needed. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in file formats, color profiles, or print constraints.

Project Management



Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Prioritize work effectively based on urgency and timelines.

Qualifications:




Must-Have:

3+ years of professional graphic design experience across print and digital. Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple mediums. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Familiarity with presentation software: Google Slides, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote. Sound understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.


Nice to Have:

Experience with or willingness to learn collaborative tools like Figma and Miro. Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar). Exposure to UX/UI or web design workflows. Background in healthtech, medtech, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries is a plus. Experience designing for product packaging and adapting across formats/platforms.

Soft Skills:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Adaptable and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
