What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
Design for Digital Campaigns:
Create engaging ad creatives, landing page layouts, email templates, and social media visuals that capture attention and drive conversions.
Content Creation Across Platforms:
Develop cohesive visual content for websites, e-commerce platforms, paid media campaigns, and organic social channels.
PPC Ad Support:
Collaborate with the PPC team to design ad graphics and creative assets for campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and Twitter.
Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking:
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote products and services, monitor results, and report on performance.
Social Media Engagement:
Write, schedule, and interact with posts to grow community engagement and strengthen brand presence.
Organization & Communication:
Manage schedules, organize project files, and assist with internal and client marketing communications.
Brand Identity Development:
Design logos, style guides, and brand assets to ensure consistent and professional brand representation.
Creative Strategy Collaboration:
Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with campaign goals.
Quality & Optimization:
Ensure all creative materials meet brand standards and are optimized for both web and mobile performance.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with copywriters, developers, and project managers to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Trend Awareness:
Stay up to date with design innovations, marketing trends, and emerging digital ad formats.
Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
1+ years of hands-on experience in design or digital marketing, collaborating with clients to bring creative ideas and campaigns to life.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Ad Platform Knowledge:
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn advertising platforms an asset.
E-Commerce Experience:
Experience in designing for online stores and product promotion is an asset.
Creative Expertise:
Strong understanding of branding, typography, and responsive design for web and mobile.
Soft Skills:
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organization.
Work Ethic:
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
