Role Overview:




The Body Shop Canada is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team for a 12-month contract. This role will support the design and execution of digital and in-store marketing campaigns that align with our brand purpose and visual identity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, is proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and has working knowledge of 3D rendering for retail and campaign visualization. This is an office-based position with a hybrid schedule: in-office Monday to Thursday at our Toronto HQ, with remote work on Fridays. Some travel required to local retail stores for meetings, alignment, and campaign reviews.

Key Responsibilities:



Design and develop creative assets for omni-channel campaigns, including: + In-store signage, window displays, point-of-sale materials and digital screen contents
+ Digital assets for web, email, social media, programmatic
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Visual Merchandising, eCommerce, Product and Retail Operations to bring campaigns to life Ensure all creative work aligns with The Body Shop's brand guidelines and sustainability values Use Figma to collaborate on UX/UI layouts and digital mockups Support 3D renderings of store layouts or retail fixtures to visualize campaign implementation Participate in creative brainstorming and strategy sessions with internal teams Maintain consistency across all creative outputs and campaign touchpoints Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines in a deadline-driven environment Work closely with print vendors and external agencies to ensure accurate file preparation, production specs, and flawless execution.

Qualifications/Competencies:



3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in retail, beauty, or lifestyle industries Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) Experience using Figma for digital design and collaboration Working knowledge of 3D rendering software such as Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Blender, or similar Strong understanding of digital, print, and retail design best practices Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to take direction, give and receive feedback, and work both independently and collaboratively
