POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a creative, results-driven

Graphic Designer with strong and practical Marketing capabilities

to join our commercial real estate firm. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to showcase our listings, elevate our brand, and support lead generation efforts. You will design compelling visual content, manage both digital and print campaigns, and work closely with our sales team, industry partners, and external vendors to ensure all marketing initiatives align with AICRE Commercial's business objectives and professional standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote AICRE Commercial's real estate services, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Manage online presence and digital marketing campaigns, including WordPress website management, online advertising and 3rd party listing sites, (including SEO and email marketing)

Manage social media channels and advertising

Managing all property listing tasks (Brochures, signage and promotions)

Ability to create and edit video an asset

- Create all print material, including property brochures, flyers and mailers

Assist with basic administration tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and marketing,

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and WordPress.

Experience in digital marketing tools including WordPress, META social media manager, Canva

Experience in social media design and marketing campaigns

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple agents and external parties.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

A proven track record of success in the real estate industry is an asset.

Strong understanding and/or willingness to learn about the commercial real estate market dynamics, trends and client preferences.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred, however not essential.

The job will be on-site at our Edmonton office.
