Job Summary

This role requires both graphic design skills and customer service skills. You will work closely with clients and other team members to understand the client's design needs and create quality graphic solutions. Primary responsibilities will revolve around graphic design and layout, with the possibility of expanding the role into production for the right individual.

Expansion of role could include but not be limited to operating equipment including plotters, printers and laminators, as well as preparation and application of vinyl graphics and lettering to various surfaces including vehicles, signage materials, windows and customer equipment.

Duties

Utilize industry specific software to create and design layouts to meet customer's needs Deliver exceptional customer experience Answer phones and respond to emails as needed Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Skills

Computer skills including experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, or Corel Draw Ability to provide exceptional customer experience Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship High level communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
