Our pilot services--Funding Navigator, Ethics x Access Clinic, and Founder Spotlights--combine AI-powered grant matching, bias audits, governance tools, and media features. We fuel social profit through public-interest infrastructure and non-dilutive funding.

What You'll Do

Curate and update a weekly pipeline of non-dilutive and dilutive funding opportunities Advise founders on grant strategy, application drafting, and storytelling Review and refine funding proposals for clarity, impact, and alignment Facilitate two quarterly grant-strategy workshops for our pilot cohort Provide warm introductions to foundation, government, and VC contacts Track proposal outcomes and optimize our Funding Navigator AI with learnings

What We're Looking For

Proven track record securing grants and raising capital for early-stage ventures Deep knowledge of government, foundation, and VC funding landscapes in Canada and beyond Strong narrative skills to frame impact, metrics, and community benefits Experience mentoring founders through complex application processes Excellent network across grant-making bodies, impact investors, and philanthropic arms Strategic mindset with data-driven insights on LTV:CAC, MRR growth, and pilot metrics Active voice, clear communication, and equity-first values
