Responsabilites principales :

Gerer les operations quotidiennes du camping Superviser le personnel, gerer les horaires et assurer un excellent service a la clientele Mettre en oeuvre des ameliorations pour l'infrastructure et l'experience client Assurer le respect des normes de sante, securite et environnement Creer un environnement positif, accueillant et propre pour les campeurs et l'equipe

Profil recherche :

Experience en gestion d'etablissement, d'hotellerie ou de camping Excellentes competences en leadership et en organisation Bilingue (francais et anglais) un atout majeur Autonome, dynamique et axe(e) sur le service a la clientele Disponible les fins de semaine et jours feries

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day campground operations Supervise staff, manage schedules, and maintain high service standards Implement improvements in infrastructure, guest experience, and operations Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Foster a positive, friendly, and clean environment for guests and staff

What We're Looking For:

Experience in hospitality, campground, or facility management Excellent leadership and organizational skills Bilingual (English & French) is a strong asset Motivated, proactive, and guest-focused Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
