Votre role
En tant que
Gerant(e)
des Installations, vous serez responsable de l'ensemble des operations quotidiennes d'installation en CVAC residentiel. Vous jouerez un role cle dans :
l'encadrement et le developpement des installateurs et apprentis ;
la qualite et la securite des travaux ;
la planification des projets ;
la collaboration avec les ventes, la repartition et l'entrepot ;
l'amelioration continue des processus.

Ce que vous ferez au quotidien
Leadership & developpement des equipes
Encadrer, mobiliser et faire progresser l'equipe d'installation.
Effectuer des visites de chantiers et des accompagnements individuels.
Participer au recrutement et a l'integration des nouveaux talents.
Instaurer une culture axee sur la qualite, l'efficacite et l'amelioration continue.
Gestion des operations
Planifier les horaires quotidiens et hebdomadaires en collaboration avec la repartition, les ventes et l'entrepot.
S'assurer que le materiel, les equipements et les permis sont prets pour chaque installation.
Suivre le deroulement des travaux et soutenir les equipes en cas de defis techniques ou logistiques.
Garantir le respect des normes de securite, des codes du batiment du Quebec et des exigences de la RBQ.
Qualite & securite
Realiser des inspections de chantiers afin d'assurer des installations impeccables.
Appliquer les meilleures pratiques en matiere de sante et securite.
Gerer les retours, rappels ou enjeux lies aux installations et aux garanties.
Suivi administratif & indicateurs de performance
Suivre les couts, la productivite, les taux de completion et les KPI lies aux installations.
Valider les feuilles de temps, notes de travaux et documents dans ServiceTitan.
Produire des rapports clairs a la direction et recommander des ameliorations operationnelles.
Collaboration interequipes
Valider la faisabilite technique des projets avec les ventes.
Travailler en etroite collaboration avec le contremaitre pour la gestion de l'inventaire et du stock de camion.
Assurer une communication fluide avec le service a la clientele avant, pendant et apres les travaux.
Profil recherche
Experience
Minimum de 5 ans dans un role de gestion dans un environnement technique (CVAC ou connexe).
Competences & qualites
Leadership mobilisateur et sens aigu de la communication.
Organisation exemplaire et habilete a gerer plusieurs priorites.
Approche orientee client et capacite a vulgariser des concepts techniques.
Esprit analytique et talent pour resoudre des problemes dans un contexte dynamique.
Autres exigences
Permis de conduire valide.
Bilinguisme anglais/francais (un atout majeur).

We are looking for a hands-on, highly organized
Install Manager
to lead our installation division, elevate quality standards, and develop our team of installers and apprentices.
Position Summary
The Install Manager oversees all day-to-day residential HVAC installation operations, ensuring that every system is installed safely, efficiently, and according to Allard & Emond standards. This leader will coach and motivate installation teams, conduct job-site quality inspections, coordinate with sales and dispatch, and ensure all jobs are completed on time, on budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.
This is an office leadership role for someone with strong organizational, communication and managerial skills.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, motivate, and mentor the installation team (installers, apprentices, and lead techs).
Conduct regular ride-alongs, job-site visits, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Support hiring and onboarding of new installation team members.
Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Operational Management
Coordinate daily and weekly installation schedules with dispatch, sales, and warehouse teams.
Ensure materials, equipment, and permits are prepared and staged ahead of installation days.
Monitor job progress and support crews with technical or logistical obstacles.
Ensure compliance with Quebec construction codes, safety regulations, and RBQ standards.
Quality Control & Safety
Perform job-site inspections to verify installation quality.
Enforce safety standards and ensure all installations follow manufacturer guidelines and local regulations.
Lead investigation and resolution of installation-related callbacks or warranty issues.
Administrative & KPI Management
Track job costs, labour utilization, completion rates, and installation KPIs.
Review and approve timecards, job notes, and installation documentation.
Provide reporting and insights to the leadership team on performance, quality trends, and improvement opportunities.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales team to validate job feasibility and ensure accurate scope of work.
Partner with the Foreman on inventory levels, truck stock, and staging.
Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure smooth pre- and post-installation communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
Minimum
5 years of management experience
in a technical field
