Competences et qualifications recherchees



Experience pertinente comme gerant(e) de restaurant, assistant-manager ou chef d'equipe en salle (minimum 2-3 ans dans un environnement a fort volume). Leadership naturel, sens de l'initiative et capacite a prendre des decisions rapidement. Excellentes habiletes de communication et de coaching d'equipe. Grande organisation, rigueur et sens des priorites (gestion de plusieurs taches en meme temps). Solide orientation service a la clientele et gestion professionnelle des situations stressantes. Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais (bilinguisme requis). Confort avec les systemes de caisse et de gestion d'horaires (POS, 7shifts ou equivalents). Barranco - Guide de formation d... Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience as a restaurant manager, assistant manager, or strong senior server/shift leader in a high-volume restaurant (2-3+ years). Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a hands-on floor presence. Excellent communication and people-management skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong customer-service mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure. Fluency in French and English (bilingual required).
