FONCTION GENERALE

La mission globale du gerant de magasin est d'etre un leader au sein de l'organisation Antoine Laoun. Le Store Manager fournit des indicateurs de performance cles en integrant la Brand Story et en assurant une execution sans faille de l'experience client.



PRINCIPALES TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES
S'assurer que l'equipe Antoine Laoun fournit un service client inegale Fournir une formation et un encadrement a l'equipe en tirant parti des programmes fournis par l'entreprise. Analyse les rapports pour creer et mettre en oeuvre des plans d'action pour ameliorer les KPI du magasin, notamment :
o NPS - Score Net Promoteur ; % de ventes par rapport au plan ; Nombre de clients ; Paire complete ; Travail; Saturation de la formation ; Croissance des examens ; et d'autres
Attire et embauche une equipe tres engagee pour garantir que le magasin dispose des bonnes personnes au bon endroit et au bon moment. S'associe au docteur en optometrie pour ameliorer l'experience client et patient et piloter les KPI du magasin. Est fier du magasin et guide l'equipe pour executer parfaitement toutes les taches operationnelles, d'inventaire et visuelles conformement aux directives afin de garantir la meilleure experience client et patient. S'assure que tous les programmes de securite approuves par l'entreprise sont mis en oeuvre et maintenus de maniere coherente conformement aux normes afin de maintenir un environnement de travail sur et amusant.




QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE
Bachelier ou equivalent Licence d'Etat (le cas echeant) et/ou certification ABO dans les Etats sans licence 4+ annees d'experience en gestion/supervision Connaissance complete des operations, des processus et des implications commerciales Fortes competences d'influence et de negociation Competences en matiere de constitution d'equipe et de gestion Connaissance de la theorie et des produits optiques actuels Fort communicateur et auditeur Solides competences de base en mathematiques (addition, soustraction, multiplication, division) Aptitudes de vente Familiarite avec la caisse enregistreuse, les ordinateurs et les calculatrices Capacite a gerer le temps dans des delais serres




QUALIFICATIONS PREFEREES
Diplome collegial ou equivalent Certification finale d'inspecteur Antoine Laoun Programme de qualite, d'ajustement et d'ajustement Antoine Laoun Experience anterieure dans le service client et la vente au detail Connaissance de la marchandise actuelle du magasin Haut niveau de sens des affaires pour inclure une connaissance detaillee de AL Dashboard
