Job Description
Benchmark Commodities Ltd. is a privately held group of companies within the Canadian western provinces that imports and exports commodities. We supply a variety of cereals and feeds to agricultural producers. Benchmark is unique to this sector due to its "one stop shop" ability to purchase commodities, sell, transport and delivery to customers across provincial borders including Eastern Canada, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. In addition to transporting commodities via Railway, Benchmark has a trucking fleet for transporting Livestock. We are currently looking for individuals that have the following qualifications:
Class One Drivers License is required with good written and communication skills.
Must have Super-B Grain/Commodity experience.
Basic knowledge of Farm operations required.
Maintain overall good housekeeping and cleanliness.
Operate truck in a professional courteous manner while practicing safe, defensive driving skills.
Complete Daily Electronic Log Book and Pre/Post with Samsara GPS.
Knowledge of Google Maps
Working Mon-Fri and occasional weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
