About Us:

Here at Valley Agro we specialize in design and construction of grain systems and feed systems for both farm and commercial use. This consists of grain, seed and feed storage and handling. We can manage the complete project from design, to concrete, to the complete build, including control systems.

Position Overview:

As a Dryer Service Tech you will be responsible maintaining, troubleshooting, fixing and assisting in the assembly of grain dryers. Will also have the opportunity to work on feedmills, electrical components and other agricultural equipment. During drying season (typically September - November) will also need to be on call for dryer service needs outside of typical working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete new dryer start-ups with the OFC

Help setup, wire, and plumb new grain dryers

Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair grain dryers

Work with electrical panels and grain handling system controls

Help setup and service feedmills

Maintain and repair various other agricultural equipment

Qualifications:

Experience working on grain dryers

Electrical experience

Experience with gas fitting would be an asset, but not required

Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities

Valid drivers license required

Compensation:

Wages will be base on capabilities and experience

Group benefits plan after 3 month probation period

Paid time off and holidays
