We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTA) to facilitate delivery for multiple courses. The GTA will work closely with the instructor to coordinate and manage logistics, ensure a smooth program flow, and provide general support to program participants.



Available positions for:JSGS 801| Governance and Administration |The assigned tasks would be: assist in preparing instructional material for each class; assist in marking assignments and tests. Ideally, completion of JSGS 801 in the past or has knowledge of the health-related course content.| Dr. Justin Longo JSGS 805| Economics for Public Policy Analysis |The assigned tasks would be: assist in preparing instructional material for each class; carry out tutoring sessions to students before assignments and tests; assist in marking assignments and tests. Ideally, completion of JSGS 805 in the past or has knowledge of introductory economics.| Dr. Iryna Khovrenkov and Sessional Instructor JSGS 830 AA| MHA Residency I | Provide support for the residency. Student must be available In-Personon College Avenue Campus for work during the day and evening on September 19th, 20th, & 21st. The student must be able to provide support to the class during excursions and for the weekend of the residency. Technical experience running the classroom, software (zoom, etc), would be an asset. |Dan Florizone JSGS 806| Public Policy Analysis |The assigned tasks would be: assist in preparing instructional material for each class; carry out tutoring sessions to students before assignments and tests; assist in marking assignments and tests. Ideally, completion of JSGS 806 in the past or has knowledge of the course content.| Dr. Kathy McNutt JSGS 892| MPA Capstone Class|The student must be able to provide support to the class during excursions and for the final presentations. Technical experience running the classroom, software (zoom, etc), would be an asset.|Dr. Kathy McNutt JSGS 891 | Public Policy Professionalism | The assigned tasks would be: assist in preparing instructional material for each class; assist in marking assignments and tests. Ideally, completion of JSGS 891 in the past or has knowledge of the course content. |Dr. James Farney JSGS 829 | Decision Making and Leadership in Healthcare Organizations | The assigned tasks would be: assist in preparing instructional material for each class; assist in marking assignments and tests. Ideally, completion of JSGS 829 in the past or has knowledge of the health-related course content, and leadership education. | Instructor Loretta Gerlach
Position Requirements
Qualifications:Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Zoom Prior experience in event planning, logistics coordination, project management, and hybrid event delivery are strongly preferred
