In the appointment of a Teaching Assistant position, your general duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Preparation, delivering, and/or attending lectures; demonstrating, marking, student consultation, invigilating, holding office hours, setting up experiments, and conferring with the supervisor in charge as required by the assignment.
  • You will report to the faculty supervisor of the class you are assigned.
  • The successful candidates are required to report their hours of work through the pay and time reporting service on PAWS unless the signed contract has specified the number of hours.
Skills and Abilities
Minimum of a BSc degree or equivalent in Agriculture or related field.You must be a current graduate student in the Department of Animal and Poultry Science at the University of Saskatchewan and a member of the Graduate Students\' Association.To apply:
