Graduate Management Trainee - New Opportunity

Nova is a full service sales & marketing agency in the heart of Halifax. We\'re a collective group of people who create perfect strategies, vibrant brand identities and creative concepts. With our Graduate Management Training Program, we are looking to coach, mentor, and develop like minded individuals. Our training program cross trains our employees in:

• Business Development
• Team Leadership
• Social Media Branding
• Recruitment
• Advertising
• Sales and Marketing
• Management
• Public Relations

The Program Covers:

• Sales & Customer Service: You\'ll begin with basic customer interaction to help promote and sell our client\'s services. Within a matter of weeks, ambitious, dedicated people will have the chance to advance into a leading role where you\'ll be assisting in the development of others.
• Sales & Marketing: We run daily product-training workshops to ensure you have a full understanding of how to explain our clients\' products and services to their potential customers. We also provide full training, ongoing guidance and advice for those looking to grow both personally and professionally.
• Business: We expose our trainees to all parts of building a clients brand. For example, brand awareness, social media, and exposure to the target

Over the course of a year our employees receive all the training they need to progress into a management position of their own.
