Position Details
The Academic Writing Program invites applications for a full-fixed Graduate Assistant - Non-Teaching position to commence work on approximately October 1, 2025 for two appointment periods (October 1 to December 2025 and January 1 to April 30, 2026).
The Writing Centre Tutor (Lethbridge) will hold one-on-one tutoring sessions for undergraduate and graduate students from all programs and from both campuses.
Other duties for the Writing Centre Tutor may include:Participation in volunteer tutor training activities, such as mentoring volunteer tutors or assisting in volunteer tutor training workshops.
Preparing and running workshops for specific courses.
The Writing Centre Tutor must be a registered graduate student at the University of Lethbridge throughout the duration of the appointment.
