DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Grades all product(s) according to Islands West specifications and understands quality concerns of all products.
Maintain product quality standards that meet product specifications.
Maintain a safe, sanitized, and organized department that meets all food safety requirements.
Able to safely stock and put away all products.
Works with minimal supervision and from the guidance of their Supervisor/Operations Manager.
Conducts inventory counts as directed.
Completes and forwards paperwork as directed
Ensures only the best possible product for the customer with great attention to detail.
Attends as directed, all team meetings, training meetings and/or professional development sessions.
Operate or perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor/Operations Manager.
